【Abstract】 Credit risk is one of the primary risks that Chinese enterprises face with, effective credit risk management directly relates to the success or the failure of enterprises′ production management. Based on credit risk management and the theory of value chain, the text applies Porter’s value chain to business credit risk management. According to the process of credit sale, it constructs the credit risk management value chain, explores the basic theory and management techniques of enterprise credit risk management to reduce credit risk, enhance receivable accounts return-ratio, accelerate fund flowing, and finally to enhance enterprises competition.更多还原
