变质量流量螺旋管内两相流数值模拟
Numerical simulation of the oil-water two-phase flow in a helical tube with variable mass flow rates
【摘要】 该文利用F luent商业软件,采用Eu lerian多相流模型和湍流模式,对带孔螺旋管内油水两相流的流场和分离情况进行了数值模拟,计算了不同流速和不同油水配比工况下的油水组分、各相速度、相含率、各相流量等重要性能参数的变化和分布情况,所得数据与实验结果吻合较好。本文的数值模拟可为带孔螺旋管参数选择和优化设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 The flow field and separation of oil-water two-phase flow in a helical tube with holes are simulated numerically in this paper by using the commercial software Fluent.The primary parameters under conditions of various flow rates and oil-water mixture ratios are calculated and agree well with the experimental data.The design of helical tube can be based on the results of numerical simulation in this paper.
