ADAMS在汽车操纵稳定性评价中的应用
Application of ADAMS in Vehicle Handling Stability Evaluation
【摘要】 汽车的操纵稳定性是汽车的重要性能之一,其中悬架又是决定车辆操纵稳定性的重要元件,它对减少来自路面对车身的冲击和振动也起着非常重要的作用。本文利用ADAMS软件提供的CAR和insight模块分别建立了悬架模型,并计算和分析了悬架设计点坐标和悬架其它参数对汽车操纵稳定性的灵敏度大小,并在灵敏度分析的基础上对影响操纵稳定性较大的参数进行优化,取得了较好的结果。
【Abstract】 Vehicle handling and stability performance is an important performance of automobiles. Suspensions are the important components to determine the ride and handling performances of a vehicle. They reduce shock and vibration transferred from the road to the body. In this paper, a virtual prototype of a suspension is created and the sensitivity of the coordinates of the hard points and other parameters are calculated. Based on the result of the sensitivity analysis, the coordinates of hard points and the parameters are optimized respectively.
