泰山-25拖拉机前轮轮距液压无级调整的研究

【摘要】 介绍了利用由油泵、三位四通换向阀、减压阀、溢流阀、节流阀、油缸等组成的液压系统,实现轮式拖拉机的前轮距无级调整。实验是在泰山-25拖拉机前桥上加设两个液压缸,液压缸的活塞杆与拖拉机前桥伸缩套筒用螺栓紧固联接,利用活塞杆的往复运动带动伸缩套筒作轴向运动,利用拖拉机自身的油泵做动力,利用安装在拖拉机工作台上的手动换向阀控制油液流向,从而控制液压缸的工作,来达到轮距液压无级调整的目的。

【Abstract】 This text introduced how to realize the hydraulic pressure stepless adjustment of front-wheel tread of wheeled tractors by hydraulic system which is composed of fuel pump, three position four-way directional control valve, overflow valve, restrictor valve and fuel tank. In the experiment, we set two hydraulic cylinders on the front axle of the Mount Tai-25 tractor and join the piston pole and extension sockets of front axle together tightly by bolts. The axis movements of extension sockets are formed by the reciprocating motion of plunger pole. The momentum roots in the fuel pump of the tractor. We use the manually operated directional control valve which is fixed on the tractor worktable to control the direction of the oil liquid. Thereby, we can control the going of hydraulic cylinders in order to realize the the hydraulic pressure stepless adjustment of front-wheel tread.
