工作面来压步距对上山煤柱尺寸的影响分析

【摘要】 上山附近终采线上方老顶岩层的位态影响着煤柱支承压力的大小和上山维护的难易程度。因此,工作面终采线的位置,应尽可能确定在老顶岩层周期来压完成之后。在采区范围内首采工作面的长度控制着老顶的初次来压步距和周期来压步距。由于首采工作面老顶断裂对相邻工作面老顶岩层的损伤,使得相邻工作面老顶来压步距受到初采工作面老顶来压的控制。当采区走向长度确定之后,可以通过改变首采工作面的长度来控制工作面终采线的位置,实现采区上山煤柱尺寸最小化。

【Abstract】 The position and state of the main roof above the terminal line of the coalface nearby the rises affect the magnitude of the peak abutment pressure and the difficult extent of the rise maintenance.Therefore,the location of terminal line of the coalface should be put at the place where main roof periodic weighting process has already done.The length of the first coalface in a mining-district controls the distances of first weighting and periodic weighting of the main roof.Meantime,the first weighting and periodic weighting distances of the main roof at adjacent coalfaces are controlled by that of first coalface because of the damage of main roof at adjacent coalface caused by the fracture of the main roof at first coalface worked.The optimal location of the terminal line of coalfaces can be controlled by altering length of first coalface after the length of mining district is determined,so as to minimize the pillar size of rises.
