矿质元素对白灵侧耳和鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的影响

【摘要】 研究了培养基中添加不同无机盐及其不同浓度对白灵侧耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)和鲍鱼侧耳(Pleurotusabalonus)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,KH2PO4、MgSO4促进白灵侧耳菌丝生长的适宜浓度分别为0.3%、0.1%,NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O的适宜浓度均为0.5%,H3BO3对白灵侧耳菌丝生长的影响较小;KH2PO4、MgSO4、NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O、H3BO3促进鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的适宜浓度分别为0.2%、0.1%、0.1%、0.5%、0.2%、0.01%,H3BO3对菌丝生长的促进作用微小;CaSO4.2H2O对白灵侧耳和鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的促进作用最大;ZnSO4.7H2O对两种侧耳菌丝生长均有明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 The effect of different inorganic salts on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus was studied.The results showed that the optimal consistence of KH2PO4,MgSO4,NaCl,KCl,CaSO4·2H2O for(mycelium) growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were 0.3%,0.1%,0.5%,0.5%,0.5% respectively.The optimum(consistence) of KH2PO4,MgSO4 NaCl,KCl,CaSO4·2H2O,H3BO3 for(mycelium) growth of Pleurotus abalonus were(0.2%),0.1%,(0.1%),0.5%,0.2%,0.01%,respectively.Among the inorganic salts the best power on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus was CaSO4·2H2O;the least power was H3BO3.ZnSO4·7H2O had obvious inhibition effect on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus.
