数控绕线机研究与设计
Research and Design on NC Winding Machine
【摘要】 本文介绍了采用步进电动机数控技术研究设计的数控绕线机,该设计包括机械部分、电气部分、微机控制电磁抱闸制动设计、数控程序设计,具有计数准确、功能齐全、操作方便等优点,提高了劳动生产率。适用于中小电机制造企业,成本低、精度高、操作简单方便、应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 This article introduced the research and design of numerical control winding machine with step motor and numerical controlling technology. The design includes machine, electricity, electromagnetic braking controlled by computer and controlling program, the numerical control winding machine are of advantage for counting, perfect function, operating simply. The numerical control winding machine will raise labor productivity and be wide used in small and medium-sized enterprise.
