专家PID在精馏塔控制中的应用
Expert PID and Its Application in Distillation Column Control System
【摘要】 精馏过程是一个多输入和多输出过程,内在机理复杂,具有大惯性、大迟延和时变等特性,其控制直接影响到工厂的产品质量、产量和能耗。本文中将专家控制原理与常规PID控制相结合,设计并实现了异丙醇精制过程中实时专家PID温度控制系统。阐述了该控制系统的特点、设计及实现。在某大型异丙醇生产线中的成功应用表明:该系统控制效果优良,能与集散控制系统内部有效结合,有效实现人机对话,便于维护,降低了能耗。
【Abstract】 Distillation is a MIMO process;its intrinsic mechanism is complex and it has large inertia,time delay,timevaring characteristics.Its control directly influences the quality,productivity and energy consume of product.The paper combined expert control principle with conventional PID control,designed and realized real time expert PID temperature control system,and explanted the technical characteristic,the design and realization of the control system.The successful application indicates that the control system can combined with DCS effectually,easily realize man-machine conversation,and easily maintain and reduce the energy consume.
