硫铁铝酸钡钙矿物电学性能的研究
Electricity Performance of Barium-Bearing Calcium Sulfo-Ferritealuminate Mineral
【摘要】 研究了硫铁铝酸钡钙系列矿物水化1 d3、d和28 d水化样的电学性能。在40 Hz~50 kHz频率范围内,随水化龄期的增加各试样阻抗均下降;且水化时间对硫铁铝酸钡钙矿物相对介电常数的影响很大,表现出不稳定性;在低频40Hz~10 kHz之间,介电损耗正切值tanσ无规律,但在10~50kHz之间,tanσ随频率的增加呈下降趋势。硫铁铝酸钡钙矿物的水化相对稳定期较硫铝酸钡钙矿物提前,在水化后期均在Nyquist图谱中出现了Randles型图形。
【Abstract】 The electricity performance of barium-bearing calcium sulfo-ferritealuminate mineral hydrated 1?d,3?d and 28?d was investigated.In the frequency range of 40?Hz~50?kHz,the impedance of barium-bearing calcium sulfo-ferritealuminate mineral decreases with the increase of hydration ages;hydration ages affect relative dielectric constant greatly,and the relative dielectric constant shows fluctuant.The dielectric loss has no rule in the low frequency range of 40?Hz~10?kHz,but it decreases with the increase of frequency in the range of 10~50?kHz.Figure of Randles appears in the figure of Nyquist,which shows that the time of stabilization of Ba-bearing calcium sulfo-ferritealuminate mineral is earlier than that of Ba-bearing sulfoaluminate mineral.
