【摘要】 以水作为溶剂,利用超声波法制备桔梗总皂甙,建立了超声波-水提法制备桔梗总皂甙的方法,该法是一种快速高效提取制备桔梗总皂甙的方法,结合甲醇、乙醚纯化,采用比色法测定其纯度,经测定其产率为4.2%,纯度为58.9%。和传统方法相比,不仅产率倍增,还能大大减少工作量,而且节药成本,是一种适合工业上开发使用的方法。更多还原
