柴油耦合氧化吸附脱硫的研究

【摘要】 采用氧化-吸附耦合技术,将硫化物氧化为极性较高的砜类,利用极性溶剂将大部分砜类化合物萃取出后,残留于油品中的含硫化合物经孔隙结构发达的活性炭纤维选择性吸附,从而实现柴油的深度脱硫,其脱硫率高达94%。色谱测试研究表明该工艺可脱除柴油中的绝大多数含硫化合物,尤其对加氢工艺难以脱除的二苯并噻吩类化合物具有很高的脱除率;且氧化吸附后的油品具有强的氧化安定性;与加氢工艺相比,此法操作简便,反应条件温和,勿需氢源,可深度脱硫。

【Abstract】 Uses the oxidized-adsorption coupling technology,the sulfide was oxidized to the high polar sulphone class,the majority of sulphone class compounds were extracted after the polar solvent,remains sulfide in the oil after selectivity adsorption with the hole structure developed activated carbon fiber,thus realize the diesel oil depth desulphurization,its desulphurization rate reaches as high as 94%.The chromatograph research indicated that the craft may remove the overwhelming majority sulfide in the diesel oil,especially the dibenzothiophene compounds in which removes with difficulty to the hydrogenation craft has very high removing rate;Also the oxidized adsorption oil has the strong oxidized stability.Compares with the hydrogenation craft,this method operates simple,the reacting condition is temperate,do not need the hydrogen source,but depth desulphurization
