【Abstract】 A field quality monitor system based on the Shewhart control chart is introduced,the hardware block diagram and software flowcharts of the system are given,the designing thinking and specific implementation of the system are elaborated too.Making use of the control charts to monitor the manufacturing process,to investigate what kind of state the process is and to find out whether the process capability is appropriate or not,the preventative ideas is realized.The field real-time data acquisition and quality monitor function are realized by this automatic equipment.更多还原
