面向质量不合格率的CUSUM控制图参数优化设计
A quality-oriented fraction defective optimized design on CUSUM chart
【摘要】 提出以质量不合格率这一质量指标为目的,优化CUSUM控制图的参数,建立了优化设计理论模型,提出了优化分析的流程,进行了实例分析和验证.给出了常规需要范围的质量不合格率的简单参数推荐表格.
【Abstract】 This article proposes an optimization design parameters of CUSUM control chart based on quality fraction defective.The theoretical model is deduced,optimization process is proposed and an example is given to analyze test,and a simple optimization parameter table is listed.
