中空纤维陶瓷透氧膜反应器
Ceramic hollow fibre membrane reactor for oxygen production
【摘要】 通过相转化法制备了La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-α(LSCF)非对称中空纤维致密陶瓷膜,并进一步组装成了中空纤维陶瓷膜反应器.应用LSCF膜反应器可以直接从空气中分离出纯氧,氧产率在980℃和膜管内侧(真空侧)压力为5.33kPa的操作条件下可达到48.27 L(STP)/m2.h.该膜反应器还适合于各种氧化或脱氢反应等.
【Abstract】 Asymmetric hollow fiber ceramic,La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-α(LSCF) membranes have been prepared through the phase inversion technique.Using the dense LSCF hollow fibre membranes,a hollow fibre membrane reactor was designed and fabricated with which pure oxygen could be separated directly from air.Oxygen yield may reach up to 48.27 L(STP)/m2(at 980℃) when the downstream pressure on the vacuum side is 5.33kPa.Such a LSCF hollow fibre membrane reactor may also be applied for various oxidation and dehydrogenation reactions.
