【Abstract】 With the improvement of attention level of person on the problem of enviroment ,environment tort is paid higher attention by academic circles and practical circles,several scholar from the academic circles of environment law have analysis on the conception of environment tort,but three basic problem that are defined by scholars including the content,injured subject and infringing object have many difference and have contradiction with the theory of tort action law and tort action law.Environment tort is a conception that is belonged to tort action law,it is damage action on personal rights and property rights because of damage environment by production and life action .Environment tort is only a part of environment infringement.更多还原
