【摘要】 目的:探讨光敏感性患者在不同闪光频率刺激下脑电图(EEG)变化的价值。方法:71例光敏感性患者随机分成AB两组,常规描记EEG。闪光描记EEG,A组用15Hz闪光刺激,B组用3Hz闪光刺激,采用相同的闪照10秒,停5秒为闪照周期,按“倍周期”时序计数,作卡方比较和秩次分析。结果:常规EEG异常率38%,闪光脑电图异常率82%,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01)。AB组采用不同的闪光频率及光刺激时间的长或短,其结果也就不同(卡方:P<0.05,秩次:P<0.01,总平均秩次:A组:17.1,B组:30.9)。结论:闪光刺激比常规检查EEG的异常率明显提高(56%)。闪光频率对不同的患者存在有一定的选择性。闪光刺激时间越长,癫发作的机率就越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the value of change of EEG of photosensitive patients who are stimulated under different flash frequencies.Methods: 71 photosensitive patients were divide randomly into A group and B group,routine EEG was recorded.15Hz flash stimulation is applied in A group and 3Hz flash stimulation is applied in B group,Flashing stimulation was 10 secs.interval was 5 secs.the timing was counted by multiple cycle,then do chi-square test and rank analysis.Results:abnormal rate of routine EEG is 38%, abnomal rete of flash EEG is 82%.Their difference is remarkable(P<0.01).Group A and B shows different results were due to different flash frequencies and/or duration of flash stimulation(chi-square: P<0.05,rank:P<0.01,total average rank:A group:17.1,B group:30.9).Conclusions:the abnormal rate of EEG under the flash stimulation is higher than that in the general condition(56%).The flash frequency has selectivity to patients.The time of flash stimulation was longer frequency of epilepsy seizure was increased.更多还原
