【Abstract】 Farmer workers are a special group of people not only different from urban residents but also different from rural farmers.Farmer workers are mainly employed in the businesses of construction,environmental sanitation,porter age,etc.and are engaged in heavy,dirty,tiring,and dangerous jobs.With the escalation of market competition,the various risks existing in farmer workers’ jobs and lives become more and more protruding.In order to secure farmer workers’ production and life,and their legal rights and interests,and to promote our country’s steady economic and social development,our government should start from the actual needs of the farmer workers and have a scientific arrangement of social security system for them.更多还原
