茵陈、大黄等中药对实验性糖尿病兔胆囊超微结构的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨中药对实验性糖尿病兔胆囊超微结构的影响。方法:60只大耳白家兔随机分为糖尿病组,中药1组,中药2组,中药3组,正常对照组。用四氧嘧啶(140mg/kg)空腹耳缘静脉一次性注入,制成糖尿病家兔模型,成模后根据血糖,每日适量皮下注射胰岛素,控制血糖在20mmol/L左右,每日胃注不同组分中药一次,6周后处死,观察胆囊超微结构的变化。结果:糖尿病组胆囊存在糖尿病微血管病变;中药治疗组胆囊微血管病变较糖尿病组胆囊明显减轻,不同组分中药的疗效有明显不同。结论:糖尿病可致胆囊微血管内皮细胞和胆囊平滑肌细胞超微结构的改变,大黄、茵陈等中药可减轻糖尿病对胆囊微血管的损害。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese herbal medicine on ultrastructure in cholecystic tissues of diabetic rabbits.Methods:Sixty male white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:diabetic group,group 1 treated by Chinese herbs,group 2 treated by Chinese herbs,group 3 treated by Chinese herbs,normal control group.Diabetic model of rabbits was induced by intravenous injection of alloxan(140mgkg).After establishment of diabetic model,the rabbits blood sugar was controlled near 20mmolL by means of injection of insulin.For the three groups treated by Chinese herbs,a decoction made by a compound prescription was poured into stomach for 6 weeks(one timeday).Then all of the rabbits were killed and the changes of ultrastructure in cholecystic tissues were observed.Results:For the diabetic group,the diabetic angiopathy in cholecysts was observed.For the 3 groups treated by herbs,the lessened diabetic angiopathy in cholecysts,which depended on the different herb prescription,was appeared.Conclusions:Diabetes had resulted in the changes of ultrasturcture in both cholecystic microvascular endotheliocyte and smooth muscle cell.The traditional Chinese medicine,such as rhubarb,oriental wormwood etc.,can effects the changes of ultrastructure in cholecystic tissues resulted from diabetes.
