【摘要】 目的:对B超引导下注射中药鸦胆子油乳剂治疗卵巢囊肿进行临床研究,并且对该疗法的临床疗效和安全性作出客观的评价,制定卵巢囊肿穿刺技术的操作规范。方法:170例患者按照随机数字表法以1∶1比例随机分为治疗组(鸦胆子油乳剂组)及对照组(无水乙醇组),每组85例,观察临床疗效和安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.59%,对照组总有效率为83.53%,治疗组总有效率略高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组术中不良反应比较,治疗组低于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下注射中药鸦胆子油乳剂治疗卵巢囊肿是有效、安全的,因其微创、操作方便,宜于在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and security of the therapy of ultrasonography guided punctuation of emulsive injection of brucea fruit extract into ovarian cyst,and to establish the operational standard of cyst-puncturation.Method:170 patients were chosed and put into two groups by using the random digits table.Group A(85 cases):study group,in which we put emulsive injection of brucea fruit extract into the ovarian cyst;group B(85 cases):control group,in which we put absolute alcohol into the ovarian cyst.Evaluate the curative effect and the safety of the drug.Result:The total effective rate of study group is 90.59%,while the control group is 83.53,P>0.05,does’t have statistical significance.Comparing the study group with the control group,study group has less adverse effect than control group,P<0.05,has statistical significance.Conclusions:It is safe and effective that to treat ovarian cyst with injecting emulsive injection of brucea fruit extract through ultrasonography leading.This therapy is easy to master and has minor wound,is worth generalizing.更多还原
