小蓟、小蓟炭中黄酮类成分的含量测定和薄层鉴别

【摘要】 目的:建立小蓟总黄酮的含量测定方法,对小蓟、小蓟炭的总黄酮进行定量性研究。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对小蓟总黄酮含量测定方法进行研究,并且利用薄层色谱法对其进行定性鉴别。结果:采用甲醇超声提取小蓟中的总黄酮,NaNO2-A1(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统的含量测定方法,线性范围8.0164~8.096μg/ml,r=0.9992,平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.32%(n=6),小蓟总黄酮含量为1.54%,小蓟炭总黄酮含量0.56%。两者的主要黄酮类物质为蒙花苷、芦丁等。结论:含量测定方法操作简便,快捷,重现性好。小蓟总黄酮含量高于小蓟炭。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of determination of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum.Methods:The contents of flavonoids in the samples were assayed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and TCL.Results:The method of assaying the total flavoniods,which ultrasound extracted from Cephalanoplos segetum by alcohol,were determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy with NaNO2-A1(NO33-NaOH system,the linear range varied from 8.016~48.096μgml(r=0.9992),the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD=1.32%(n=6).The average content of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum was 1.54%,and in charred Cephalanoplos segetum was 0.56%.The main flavonoids were linarin and rutin.Conclusions:The method was easy operated and reproducible.Flavonoid content:Cephalanoplos segetum>charred Cephalanoplos segetum
