【摘要】 目的:探讨p27蛋白在子宫内膜癌的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化,检测12例增生期子宫内膜,10例子宫内膜非典型增生及42例子宫内膜样腺癌标本中p27蛋白的表达。结果:p27蛋白在增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生及子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率逐渐降低,分别为100%、60%和40.47%。随子宫内膜癌临床分期的升高、病理分级的降低及肌层浸润的加深,p27蛋白的表达呈逐渐降低的趋势。结论:p27蛋白低表达可能与子宫内膜癌的不良预后有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of p27 protein and the significance in human endometrial carcinoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of p27 protein in carcinomatous tissues of 42 patients with endometrial carcinoma,10 cases with atypical hyperplasia and 12 normal endometrium tissues.Results: The positive expression of p27 was reduced gradually in the normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma(100%,60% and 40.47%,respectively).In endometrial carcinoma,with progression of clinical stage,decreasing of histological grade and deepening of cancer invasion,the expression of p27 decreased.Conclusion: The low expression of p27 protein in endometrial carcinoma may have relationship with bad prognosis.更多还原
