【摘要】 目的:探讨血清转化生长因子-α(FGF-α)水平与原发性肝癌发生发展的关系以及手术对原发性肝癌患者血清TGF-α水平的影响。方法:应用放射免疫分析法(RIA法)检测31例正常人,69例原发性肝癌患者的血清TGF-α水平,并比较24例原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清TGF-α水平。结果:原发性肝癌患者血清TGF-α水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0．01),Ⅲ期和Ⅱ期原发性肝癌患者血清TGF-α水平明显高于Ⅰ期(P<0．01);Ⅲ期高于Ⅱ期,但二者之间无显著性差异(P>0．05);原发性肝癌患者术后血清,TGF-α水平明显低于术前(P<0．01);血清TGF-α水平与原发性肝癌患者性别、年龄无关。结论:血清TGF-α检测有可能成为原发性肝癌辅助诊断、病情监测和预后判断的一项有价值的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the relationship between the level of serum transforming growth factor alpha(TGF-α) and the development and metastasis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and the operation response at different levels of serum TGF-α. Methods: The level of serum TGF-α was measured by radioimmunoassay( RIA) in 31 cases of normal control subject and 69 cases of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. It was compared with 24 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma before and after operation. Results:The level of serum TGF-α were elevated in all subgroups of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma compared to the control group(P<0.01),the serum TGF-α level in stage Ⅲ and Ⅱ were higher in comparison with stage Ⅰ (P<0. 01). The lever of serum TGF-α in stage Ⅲ were higher than those in stage Ⅱ , but no significant difference was detected between two stages (P > 0. 05 ) ; the level of serum TGF-α was obviously reduced in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after operation ( P < 0. 01) ; It was not correlated with sex and age. Conclusion: This study suggests that measurment of serum TGF-α may be of value in diagnosis, evaluating evolution of disease as well as the curative effect of therapy in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
