【摘要】 目的探讨尿脱落细胞Survivin mRNA水平及尿液透明质酸含量检测在膀胱癌诊断及预后中的价值。方法本实验观察对象为膀胱癌患者35例、其他疾病患者30例及20例健康成人。收集各组尿液脱落细胞,采用RT-PCR法行survivin mRNA水平检测,酶联免疫竞争法检测尿液透明质酸含量,光镜下行脱落细胞涂片癌细胞学观察。结果RT-PCR法检测膀胱癌组survivin mRNA水平阳性率为91.4%(32/35),其他疾病组为6.6%(2/30),正常对照组未检出。尿脱落癌细胞检查膀胱癌组18例(47.4%)阳性,其他疾病组及正常对照组未找到癌细胞。膀胱癌组尿液透明质酸含量为(130.8±13.6)ng/ml,显著高于其他两组。结论尿脱落细胞survivin mRNA水平RT-PCR检测联合尿液透明质酸含量测定可作为膀胱癌无创诊断及预后判断辅助方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance in survivin mRNA assay and hyaluronic acid level detection in urine in patients suffered from bladder transitional cell carcinomas.Methods Sixty-five patients sufferred from transitional cell acrcinonma of bladder of other diseases and 20 healthy persons were included in this experiment.The shedding cells were collected.The level of survivin mRNA was deected with the technology of RT-PCR.The carcinoma cells were looked up in microscope.The hyaluronic acid level in urine was detected by ELISA kit.Results The positive rate of survivin mRNA level in the experiment group was 91.4%(32/35).In the other disease group,the rate was only 6.6%(2/30).The positive rate was 0 in the normal control.Carcinoma cells were found in 18 patients in the experiment group.The hyaluronic acid level of urine in the carcinoma group was(130.8±13.6)ng/ml,which was higher than those in the other disease group and the normal control group.Conclusion The detection of hyaluronic acid of urine and RT-PCR of survivin mRNA level were effectively aid methods in the diagnosis and prognosis in the treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinomas.更多还原
