【摘要】 目的扩大后路显微椎间盘镜手术系统的手术适应证。方法通过手术方式、入路、技巧的变化,以及对术者改进手术工具的运用,对腰椎间盘突出症合并侧隐窝狭窄,黄韧带肥厚、后纵韧带骨化、以及中央型椎间盘突出症,短节段椎管狭窄症、极外侧型椎间突出症,多节段椎间盘突出症以及椎间盘突出症伴下腰段不稳的后路椎弓根钉内固定术及椎体间隔合,下腰段椎体结核伴椎管脓肿共377例患者临床手术、疗效评估与分析。结果377例患者中有238例得到随访,时间为4个月到3年零2个月。按Macnab疗效评价标准,优良率为90.8%。结论运用后路显微椎间盘镜手术系统能对上述问题进行相应手术治疗,它同时具有疗效好、切口小,微创,对脊柱生理结构破坏干扰小,并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The indication of the MED operation.Methods We have carried on effect evaluation and analysis on 377 clinical operations which are about the lumbar prolapsed vertebral disc with stenosis of lateral recess,hypertophy of yellow ligament,the ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament,central prolapsed vertebral disc,narrow short part spinal channel,lateral prolapsed vertebral disc,multi-part prolapsed vertebral disc,TLET on prolapsed vertebral disc with unstable lower part of lumbar tuberculosis with spinal channel abscess through the change the methods,entrance,skills of operation and the utilization of the tools.Results 238 patients have got the back interview at random from 377 cases which had hsed above 4 months and below 3 years and 2 months.Conclusion The operations to cure these cases is qualified with good effect,small incision,small invsien and little disturb to the physiological structure of spine and less complication and short-time in hospital by using MED operation system.更多还原
