亚极量踏车运动对血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1表达水平的影响
Severe Exercise and Effect on the Expression of Serum Soluble Intercellular adhesion Molecule-1
【摘要】 目的:探讨血清slCAM-I表达水平与运动的相关性。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA双抗体夹心法)检测12名研究对象亚极量踏车运动前后slCAM-I的血清水平。结果:12名研究对象亚极量踏车运动后的sICAM-I血清水平较运动前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果显示研究对象亚极量踏车运动后sICAM-I的表达明显增高。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and exercise. Method: 12 healthy volunteers performed a 15-minute bicycle ergometer challenge. Whole blood was sampled before and 5 minutes after each challenge. The levels of sICAM-1 in the serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The exercise led to an increased expression Of sICAM-1. Conclusion: The date indicate that exercise have significant effects on the expression of sICAM-1. (P < 0.05).
