【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and exercise. Method: 12 healthy volunteers performed a 15-minute bicycle ergometer challenge. Whole blood was sampled before and 5 minutes after each challenge. The levels of sICAM-1 in the serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The exercise led to an increased expression Of sICAM-1. Conclusion: The date indicate that exercise have significant effects on the expression of sICAM-1. (P < 0.05).更多还原
