【Abstract】 The latest DCMI Metadata Terms is an up - to - date, authoritative specification of all metadata terms maintained by the DC-MI - elements, element refinements, encoding schemes and vocabulary terms. Each term is specified with the minimal and applicable attributes set in the new DCMI Metadata Terms. This will affect the construction of digital libraries in China.
