【摘要】 文章界定了突发事件、应急事件和应急管理的概念;分析了两类突发事件的形成机制,比较了工程项目管理、风险管理、应急管理之间的关系;指出了应急管理是项目管理的组成部分,应急管理与风险管理的配合或集成更有助于项目目标的实现。提出工程项目突发事件虽出现概率很小,但负面影响很大。因此,针对突发事件的应急管理研究、应急管理的开展十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this text, the conceptions of incident, emergency and contingency management have been defined; the forming mechanism of the two kinds of incident is analyzed, and the relations among project management, risk management and contingency management compared; it was pointed out that contingency management is a component of project management and combination or integration of contingency management and risk management are more an aid to achievement of project target. Although the probability of project incident minimally, but the unfavorable effect more serious, so it’s necessary to carry out contingency management pointing to the contingency management research of incident.更多还原
