【Abstract】 China witnesses 10 years of research into the educational property right issue,one of the frontal theory issues in the field of educational economics.Presently there exist two entirely different viewpoints as to whether or not the property right concept of economics can be introduced into the education domain,remarkable divergence in the demarcation of educational property right concept,and a basic agreement on the nature,feature and function of the property right.Meanwhile its problems such as market operation and legal protection call for further discussion.更多还原
