【Abstract】 According to the preparation of L-Met producing bacillus M0658,all factors affecting the formation and regeneration of protoplasts were investigated.Under the optimum condition,the rate of protoplast formation and regeneration reached(96.4)% and 75.3% respectively.The morphological differences between M0658 cells and its protoplasts were distinguished by the optical microscope.更多还原
