硫酸铝钾催化乙酸异戊酯的合成
Synthesis of Iso-amyl Acetate Catalyzed by KAl(SO4)2
【摘要】 以异戊醇和冰乙酸为原料,采用硫酸铝钾作催化剂合成醋酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响。确定了硫酸铝钾作为催化剂的较优合成条件:酸醇摩尔比为1:1,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的16.7%,反应时间90min,酯化率可达97.6%。
【Abstract】 Iso-amyl acetate is synthesized from acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol,using KAl(SO4)2 as the catalyst.The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate are investigated by means of the orthogonal experiment designing.The optimum reaction condition is obtained as follows: 0.1mol acetic acid,molar ratio of acetic acid to iso-amyl alcohol,1:1;and KAl(SO4)2 is 16.7% of the weight of acetic acid;the reaction time,90min.The esterification rate of over 97.6% is attained.
