【Abstract】 The multiplier effect brought by developing recycled economy can show itself in the following aspects: harmonious effect, effect of technological revolution and enlightenment effect. In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the multiplier effect, we should analyze the problems existing in recycled economy and take some measures to solve the problems by perfecting government’s function, enhancing technology and improving human cognition.更多还原
