【Abstract】 The dependent degree of China’s foreign trade is increasing quickly. At present, it is higher than that in Japan, America and other developed countries. Processing trade is a major part in China’s foreign trade. There are many foreign-funded enterprises and service industry on!y makes up a smaller part. All of these made dependent degree of China’s foreign trade over-estimated.
