水力循环UASB反应器处理柠檬酸废水
TREATMENT OF CITRIC ACID WASTEWATER BY HYDRAULIC CIRCULATING UASB REACTOR
【摘要】 采用水力循环UASB反应器进行柠檬酸废水处理现场试验。在絮状污泥接种和在未产生颗粒污泥的稳定运行情况下,COD容积负荷平均为7.22kg/m3.d,去除率达到70%~80%,VFA为400~600mg/L。水力循环UASB反应器比传统UASB反应器启动快;具有更高的容积负荷,是同期运行的UASB反应器负荷的1.97倍;有平衡酸化的能力,运行稳定。
【Abstract】 The test for treatment of citric acid wastewater by hydraulic circulating UASB reactor was carried out on the spot.Under the conditions of inculturing with floc type sludge and without generation of granular sludge,and stable operation,COD volume load averaged 7.22Kg/m3·d;the removal rate reached to 20%~80%;VFA was 400~600mg/L;starting-up of the hydraulic circulating UASB reactor was quicker than traditional UASB reactor,moreover it has higher volume load,being 1.97 times of the UASB reactor operating in the same term,and possesses the ability to equilibrate acidity.
