超声辐照制备聚苯胺/碳纳米管复合微管
Preparation of Polyaniline/Carbon Nanotubes Composite by Ultrasonic Irradiation
【摘要】 利用超声空化产生的强烈粉碎、分散等作用,在实现碳纳米管(CNTs)纳米分散的同时通过化学氧化法聚合单体苯胺,制备了聚苯胺(PANI)包覆CNTs结构的复合微管。用苯胺浸润CNTs解决了CNTs难于分散在HC l溶液中的问题。通过调节单体苯胺和CNTs的用量比调控PANI/CNTs复合微管的管径。XPS测试表明CNTs不影响PANI的掺杂度,但有利于稳定PANI的醌环结构。CNTs的加入提高了PANI的电性能,CNTs含量为12.82%时,PANI/CNTs复合材料比纯PANI的电导率高9.5倍。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonic irradiation was employed to prepare polyaniline(PANI)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs) nanocomposite by chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline on the surface of CNTs.The dispersion of CNTs in HCl solution with the aid of aniline by ultrasonic irradiation was better than that by conventional stirring.CNTs were shortened by ultrasonic irradiation and well encapsulated by PANI.The thickness of PANI coating can be adjusted by changing the ratio of aniline to CNTs.CNTs didn’t affect the doping degree of PANI,however stabilized the quinoid structure of PANI.The conductivity of PANI/CNTs composite with the CNTs content of 12.82% was 9.5 times of pure PANI.
