形变时效对FeMnSiCrNi系形状记忆合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 为了提高FeMnSiCrNi系形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和回复应力,通过SEM、TEM分析,研究形变时效对Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC经过10%的变形后,由于产生大量的γ/ε界面和层错,有利于随后时效过程碳化物弥散均匀的析出,形成的碳化物的尺寸比不变形时效的更小,数量更多,提高了基体的强度,抑制了不可逆塑性变形的发生,同时,形成的层错在时效后部分保留下来,为应力诱发ε马氏体提供了更多的形核核心,从而提高合金的形状记忆效应和回复应力。变形后时效的形状恢复率比未变形时效的提高22%~40%,加热时的最大回复应力提高35%~143%,室温回复应力提高10%~38%。

【Abstract】 The influence of deforming aging on the structure and property of Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC alloy was studied using SEM and TEM.The result showed that,after deforming Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC by 10%,it produces a great amount of γ/ε interface and stacking fault which improves the intensity of matrix and suppresses the occurrence of the plastic deformation of cannot athwart.When the fault partially reserved,it provides more nuclei for stress-induced ε martensite,and the shape memory effect and recovery stress of the alloy were improved.The deformed shape recovery ratio of aging promotes much more 22%~40% than the undeformed aging,and also the greatest recovery stress promotes to around 35%~143% when heating,and recovery stress of room temperature promotes to around 10%~38%.
