草莓和肥桃中过氧化氢酶活性的荧光法测定
DETERMINATION OF ACTIVITY OF CATALASE IN STRAWBERRY AND PEACH
【摘要】 以喹啉为荧光底物,经Fenton反应产生强荧光物质,偶合过氧化氢酶催化H2O2分解反应,建立了过氧化氢酶的活性测定的新方法,方法用于水果样品中过氧化氢酶活性的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 By coupling the Fenton reaction with the(CAT)-catalyzed reaction,a fluorometric method for the determination of CAT,has been dcuoloped The linear response range of which is 9.20 × 10-4~9.20× 10-3U/mL.This method is sensitive,selective and rapid.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of CAT in strawberry and peach samples..
