药物美沙拉秦合成工艺的改进

【摘要】合成新药5-胺基-2-羟基苯甲酸(美沙拉秦)。以邻羟基苯甲酸的钠盐为原料,在超声波作用下合成药物5-胺基-2-羟基苯甲酸。通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下的合成路线能够节省时间,提高回收率等优点。此法适用于合成新药5-胺基-2-羟基苯甲酸。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new synthesis route for 5-aminosalicylic acid was studied by the treatment of the sodium with nitric acid under ultrasound.This new synthesis route was shorter in time.easy control and higher yield in contranst with the others.This new synthesis route is feasible to the preparation of 5-aminosalicylic acid.更多还原
