甲状旁腺素和二膦酸盐对激素性骨质疏松影响的超微结构观察

【摘要】 目的探讨应用甲状旁腺素和阿仑膦酸钠对激素性骨组织超微结构的影响。方法采用成年新西兰大白兔,随机分为对照组、激素模型组、甲状旁腺素和阿仑膦酸钠治疗组,每组10只,9周后取第4腰椎进行透射电镜下超微结构观察。结果对照组标本为成骨相和吸收相骨细胞;激素组大多为吸收相、退变相及死亡的骨细胞;治疗组主要为吸收相和成骨相骨细胞,吸收相骨细胞稍多。结论甲状旁腺素和阿仑膦酸钠能拮抗糖皮质激素对骨组织超微结构的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects of sequential application of parathyroid hormone(PTH) and alendronate(Alen) on ultrastructure of bone in glucocorticoids-induced osteoporotic rabbits.Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,hormone group,and PTH and Alen treatment group,10 in each group.All rabbits were sacrificed after nine weeks.The baseline and the fourth loumbarwad were taken for the electron microscopic observation.Results The osteocytes of the hormone group represented resorptive,degenerative and decreased ones.The osteocytes of the control group represented formative and resorptive ones.However,the osteocytes of the treatment group represented formative and resorptive ones,and the ratio of resorptive ones was higher than the control group.Conclusion PTH and Alen have effect on preventing induced ultrastructure changes of bone in osteoporosis rabbits by glucocorticoid.
