【摘要】 文章阐述了加强师德建设对于改进大学生思想政治教育所具有的重要意义,高等学校师德建设存在的主要问题,并就如何加强高等学校师德建设提出了建议。主要认为,加强师德建设应首先提高教师的思想政治素质,建立以制度、规范、监督为主要内容的长效机制,还应该有坚强的领导和有效的组织,把师德建设贯彻在教师的工作过程中,落实到教学实践中。更多还原
