提高棉用活性染料的耐氯漂性能
Improving the chlorine-resistant fastness of active dyestuffs for cotton
【摘要】 选择单宁酸和乙二胺以一定的比例配制成助剂,施加到织物上先于染料与有效氯反应。通过试验确定了助剂作用条件为单宁酸与乙二胺的比例2∶8,pH 2~6,浓度1%~2%(单宁酸和乙二胺混合物纯物质0.05%左右),温度20~40℃,时间20~30 min。经过性能测试,该固色剂可以明显地提高活性染料的耐氯漂性能,而且成本低,操作简单。
【Abstract】 this auxiliary chooses two kinds of materials to make function up,exert on the fabric to prior to the dyestuffs and effective chlorine to reflect,thus prevented the reactive dye from being destroyed,the ones that have improved reactive dye are able to bear the chlorine and bleach performance.What is more,the cost of the agent is low and the operating is simple.Its applied properties were tested the result indicated that the color fixing agent can obviously improve the chlorine-resistant fastness.
