戊二醛交联固定血红蛋白对水中NO2-吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 报道了戊二醛交联法固定血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)吸附水中NO2-的方法,并考察了浓度、温度、pH值、吸附时间及干扰离子对其吸附率的影响,确定了吸附的最佳条件:3 mg/LHCl活化处理2h,温度25℃,pH 6.5,吸附时间5h,此时吸附率达90%以上.用抗坏血酸作洗脱剂,经洗脱处理后可使固定化血红蛋白反复使用十次左右仍可使吸附率保持在90%以上.在动态吸附实验中,我们以0.5mL/min的流速分别将四种废水过柱处理,均有较好的效果,尤其是被NO2-污染了的饮用水.血红蛋白和洗脱剂抗坏血酸均对人体无毒无害,也不会造成二次污染,初步证明该法用于被NO2-污染了的废水处理具较有好的应用前景.

【Abstract】 The method of adsorbing nitritewith hemoglobin immobilized by glutaraldhyde was firstly reported.The affect of concentration,temperature,pH value,the time ofadsorption and disturbing ions to adsorption rate were studied.The optimum condition for adsorption was : 2h’s activating dealing with 3mg/L HCl,25℃,pH=6.5,5h’sadsorption.Under this condition the adsorption ratecould reach over 90%.Ascorbic acid was originally used as washing reagent.The fixed hemoglobin dealt with washing reagent could keep the adsorption rateover 90% even after being used for 10 times.In the tests of motivate adsorption,four kinds of waste water were dealt passing column respectively at a flowing velocity of 0.5 mL/min.All the results were excellent,especially the drinkable water dealt with.In addition to that,hemoglobin and the washing reagent Ascorbic acid were both innoxious to human health.The second pollution was also out of the question.This method was proved to have an excellent perspective of application.
