水稻愈伤组织分化与不同激素配比关系的研究
The Relationship between the Differentiation of Rice Callus and the Proportion of Different Plant Hormones
【摘要】 由水稻中花11号成熟胚诱导而来的愈伤组织,通过三批不同激素不同配比的分化培养基培养,得到了最高为89.6%的出苗率.分化出苗率最高的培养基为MS+2.0mg/L ZT+0.02mg/L IAA+3%蔗糖+0.8%琼脂,细胞分裂素ZT和生长素IAA的比率为100∶1.
【Abstract】 Using rice zhonghua 11 callus induced from mature embryo as explants for differentiation,a highly efficient rice differentiation system was established by adjusting the proportion of different plant hormones.The highest differentiation rate is 89.6%.The result is obtained through cultivation on medium(MS+(2.0mg/L ZT)+0.02mg/L IAA+3%Sucrose+0.8%Agar),in which the proportion between cytokinin and auxin is 100∶1.
