【Abstract】 Human papilloma virus(HPV) is associated with many diseases,but the disease pathogenesis is not well understood.Therefore,in order to further comprehend disease pathogenesis induced by HPV,people have to construct animal model by using different foreign promoters to guide express of the oncoproteins of HPV to the specific tissue and cell.This article mainly recommends the advances of cytokeratin promoters in HPV transgenic mice.更多还原
