【摘要】 采用随机抽样、分层挖坑剥土法及采用直线跳跃取样法、5点取样法,对玉林市稻田索科线虫的种类、数量、水平频次分布类型、属间多样性等进行了调查和分析。结果表明,玉林市稻田有索科线虫5属;多样性指数为0.612;水平频次分布均为聚集型;优势属和广布属为两索属线虫。更多还原

【Abstract】 The species,quantity and diversity of Mermithidae in the paddyfield of Yulin City and the pattern of vertical and horizontal distribution were investigated and analysed.The result demonstrates that Mermithidae exits widely in all the counties of Yulin,and there are five species of genera of Mermithidae,namely Amphimermis,Agamermis,Romanomermis,Octomyomermis and one to be termed.The diversity index is 0.612,and the dominant genera and the cosmopolitan genera is Amphimermis.更多还原
