抑癌基因PTEN与妇科肿瘤的研究进展
Progress in research on correlation of tumor suppressor gene PTEN with gynecological tumors
【摘要】 PTEN是近年来发现的一个定位于染色体10q23的抑癌基因,其不仅有脂质磷酸酶活性,还有蛋白磷酸酶活性,通过这两种活性和负性调控三条途径(PI3K/AKT/PKB信号传导通路;焦点粘附激酶,FAK途径;细胞分裂素激活的蛋白激酶,MAPK途径)来调节细胞的生长、增殖、分化、调亡、粘附、迁移和血管生长等。PTEN基因的突变及失活与乳腺癌、前列腺癌、神经胶质瘤、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、肺癌等多种肿瘤的形成密切相关。该文主要讲述在妇科肿瘤方面的研究进展。
【Abstract】 PTEN,also called MMAC1 or TEP1,is a new kind of tumor suppressor gene found in recent years.It is located in 10q23 chromosome.PTEN has activities of both lipid phosphatase and protein phosphatase,and regulates cellular growth,proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,adhesion,migration,and angiogenesis through these two activities and three negative regulating approaches[PI3K/AKT/PKB signal transduction access;focal adhesion kinase(FAK) path;mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) path].Inactivated and mutant PTEN is closely related to tumorigenesis,such as breast carcinoma,prostatic carcinoma,neuroglioma,endometrial carcinoma,ovarian carcinoma and so on.This article reviewed association between PTEN gene and gynecological tumors.
