【摘要】 目的研究抑癌基因PTEN在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,探讨PTEN与子宫内膜癌临床及病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测34例子宫内膜癌组织中PTEN基因的表达。结果34例子宫内膜癌组织中,PTEN阳性表达率为32.35%;Ⅰ期患者和Ⅱ~Ⅲ者阳性表达率分别为61.54%和14.29%(P<0.01);在高、中、低分化子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为63.64%、21.43%和11.11%,高分化与中、低分化差异有显著意义(P<0.05);无、有淋巴结转移者的阳性表达率分别为44%和0%(P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因PTEN抑制子宫内膜癌的生长、浸润及淋巴结转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TTo study expression of PTEN gene in endometrial carcinoma tissues and to investigate relationship between expression of PTEN gene and clinical pathological characteristics of the disease.Methods The expression of PTEN in 34 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining method.Results The total positive expression rate of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma tissues was 32.35%. The positive expression rate of PTEN in clinical stages I and II~III were 64.54% and 14.29%(P <0.01).In the highly,moderately and poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rate of PTEN gene were 63.64%,21.43% and 11.11%respectively.After comparison,it is found that there was significant difference in positive expression rate of PTEN gene between highly differentiated endometrial carcinoma group and moderately,poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma groups(both P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma without lymphatic metastasis was 44% and that in endometrial carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis was 0%(P<0.05).ConclusionsPTEN gene may inhibit growth,invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
