【摘要】 目的探讨尚未生育的育龄妇女放置宫内节育器的现状及社会因素。方法在深圳福田下沙社区收集要求放置宫内节育器的未生育妇女共506例进行问卷调查分析。结果未婚组<20岁的置器妇女占26.9%,已婚组仅为0.45%,两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。曾用避孕方法中,避孕套和口服避孕药仍是最为常用的避孕方法。在调查中选用宫内节育器而不用其它避孕方法的原因中,未婚组以配偶不愿使用避孕套为首要原因,占46.9%,而已婚组占17.0%,两组相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在紧急避孕药的使用中,45.9%的未婚妇女使用过紧急避孕药,而在已婚妇女组中,仅25.9%的妇女曾有使用。两组相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论未婚未育妇女初次性生活年龄提前而结婚生育年龄较晚,选择避孕方法依从于男性是该人群选择宫内节育器的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate current status of placement of intrauterine device(IUD) among childless women of childbearing age and to analyze the social factors that cause this situation.Methods Total 506 childless women of childbearing age who were placed intrauterine device in Xiasha community of Futian District,Shenzhen city,Guangdong province received questionnaire investigation.The items of questionnaire included:age when IUD was placed,educational degree,gravidity,number of sex buddy,the first coital age,contraception used,reasons why she chose IUD rather than other conceptions. Results In unmarried women group(the women aged below 20 years old),IUD placement rate was 26.9%,while in the married women group the IUD placement rate was only 0.45%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Among contraceptions used,condom and oral contraceptive were still the most popular ones.In reasons why the unmarried women chose IUD rather than other conception,that their sex buddies would not like to use condom was the main reason,which accounted for 46.9%,while the rate was only 17.0% in the married women group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).As for emergency contraception,45.9% of unmarried women used to use it,while only 25.9% of the married women used to use it,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The first coital age of unmarried and childless women is getting younger and younger,while their marriage and childbearing ages are postponed.That their choice of contraception relies on their buddies is the main reason why they choose IUD.更多还原
