【摘要】 妊娠期胰岛素抵抗易导致妊娠期糖尿病,而遗传、胰岛素信号系统、胎盘因素、葡萄糖转运蛋白、浆细胞分化因子、肿瘤坏死因子α、瘦素等均参与胰岛素抵抗机制,与妊娠期糖尿病发病存在密切相关系。该文对上述因素参与胰岛素抵抗在妊娠期糖尿病发病机制中的作用作以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Insulin resistance(IR) in pregnancy is prone to induce gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Genetic factors,insulin signaling system,placental factors,glucose transport protein,PC-1,TNF-α and LEP all participate in IR mechanisms,and they are associated with development of GDM closely.Referring to the domestic and foreign literatures,in this article,we summarized roles of these factors participating in IR in mechanism of GDM.更多还原
