紫外分光光度法测定甜蜜素
Determination of sodium cyclamate by ultraviolet spectrophotometry
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中用乙醚提取食品中的甜蜜素,样品溶液的吸光度在一定范围内与甜蜜素的含量有线性关系,建立了测定甜蜜素的新方法。该法最大吸收波长为209nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.29×103L·mol-·1cm-1,甜蜜素浓度在0~0.7g/L范围内符合比耳定律,最小检出限为0.04g/L,相对标准偏差为2.84%~3.46%,回收率为90.0%~102.8%。
【Abstract】 It is found that in sulfuric acid medium,when extracting sodium cyclamate in food by diethyl ether, the absorbance of samples is linear to the amount of sodium cyclamate present in a certain range. Based on these facts,a new ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of sodium cyclamate is proposed in this paper .The absorptive maximum lies at 209nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.29×103 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range from 0 to 0.7g/L,the detection limit of this method is 0.04g/L and the relative standard deviation is 2.84%~3.46%. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 90.0%~102.8%.
