【Abstract】 The simultaneous determination of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate in beverages by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was studied .The results showed that the method was rapid and accurate. The detection limits of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate in samples were 0.00067 g/L and 0.0014 g/L,respectively,and their recoveries were about 92%～94% and 94%～96%,respectively.更多还原
